SPA ETIQUETTE

Arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior will allow you time to familiarize yourself with the Spa and maximize your experience. Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please try to walk and converse quietly while in the Spa area. In consideration of others, please turn cell phones off.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments are secured with a credit card, or gift certificate when booking. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. On booked packages, we require 48 hours notice. There will be a 100% charge if you fail to notify us. If you arrive late we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment.

GRATUITIES & TAXES

Prices listed (excluding packages) do not include taxes or gratuities; gratuities are at the discretion of the guest. With groups of 4 or more, a 15% gratuity will be added to all services.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
